The 2022 East Coast Championship will be held at George's River Sailing Club over the June long weekend 11-13 June.

Organised by the NSW Optimist Association and hosted by GRSC, the regatta is open to the Optimist and other invited youth classes.

Boat park and rigging area

Open from Friday 10 June to Monday 13 June adjacent to club

Car park

Open from 0700hrs Saturday 11 June to 1900hrs Monday 13 June.

• Please note that under no circumstances will cars be allowed to drive into, or park in the boat/trailer park/s or rigging area.
• All cars must enter the regatta car park area that we have hired from the council (Depena Reserve) via McMillan Avenue, Sandringham.
• Cars parking in the regatta car park must display a permit available from the traffic marshalls at the entry on Saturday morning (valid for three days). Permits for those that arrive at other times will be available from the regatta office.
• Carpark A is for cars only. Carpark B for cars and trailers.
• Cars entering boat park or rigging area, or not displaying their permit risk council fines and/or towing.
• Non club member cars are not allowed to park in club carpark at the rear of club building.
• Council carpark along the beach has a two hour limit.
• Trailer park B will not be utilised during this regatta
• Boat park B is reserved for boards, IQ Foils, Windfoils.
