Come and learn to sail or further your sailing skills at Georges River Sailing Club these school holidays! Courses are designed for kids 7-14 years old, and include sailing activities, sailing theory and knowledge, and fun beach games. Kids will sail in Optimist boats in GRSC’s quiet bay off Botany Bay. It’s a great way to meet new friends and kids have the chance to sail with others in their group. 

Our courses are fun, safe and fully supervised by qualified Sailing Australia instructors. During school holidays, we run Tackers 1-3 courses, depending on each child's level of sailing.

What to bring:

• Spray jacket and/or wetsuit
• Old shoes/reef shoes/neoprene boots for sailing
• Board shorts or swimmers
• A change of warm clothes
• Towel
• Sunscreen and hat
• A packed lunch and drink (including snacks)
• Hand sanitiser for on-shore activities
